Dear Captain Hanson:

As your tour in command of PARICUTIN nears completion, I take this 
opportinity to thank you for your valuable services.  I trust you have 
enjoyed your deep draft command and have found your duties both 
challenging and rewarding.

It is noted that PARICUTIN, under your command, met all commitments in an 
excellent manner.  This performance has contributed to the readiness posture 
of the Pacific Fleet and enhanced the reputation of the Service Force.

It has been a pleasure having you in the Service Force and a member of our 
"Can Do" team. I wish you bon voyage and continued success in your new 
duties as Commanding Officer, Naval Ammunition Depot, McAlester, Oklahoma.
